How much does AI automation cost?
An AI Assistant for your website or WhatsApp is R3,500 setup plus R450 a month. Business Automation, which adds 3–5 automated workflows, is R8,500 setup plus R950 a month. Custom AI systems start from R25,000. Normal AI and WhatsApp usage is included; unusually high volumes are billed at cost.
Will the AI make mistakes or make things up?
The assistant only answers from the information you give us, like your services, prices and FAQs. When it is unsure, it hands the conversation to you instead of guessing, and you can review conversations at any time.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
Yes. We connect your assistant through the official WhatsApp Business Platform and handle the setup with Meta, so customers can chat to your business on the app they already use.
Is my customers’ information safe?
Yes. We use reputable platforms, collect only what is needed, and sign a POPIA operator agreement with you, so your customer data is handled lawfully and stays yours.
