Your best day
starts at six.
KasiPlek Live fills your dead hours with curated sessions — and those hours are the only time your customers will stand still long enough to tell you who they are. We hand that intelligence back so you can run your peak hours better.
From R450/month · Cancel any time in your first 90 days
Saturday is full. Saturday daytime is empty.
And the hours that already make your money are the hours you understand least.
Your best day starts at six
Saturday 11:00–16:00 the doors are open, the staff are paid, the fridge is running — and the till is quiet.
Every customer is a stranger
Hundreds walk through on a Saturday night. On Sunday you cannot reach a single one of them.
You do not know your own numbers
How many came through the door last Saturday? Not “it felt busy” — the number. Almost no venue has it.
You rent your audience
Facebook decides who sees your post. A list you own costs nothing to reach, timed to the hour you choose.
Saturday, 11:00 – 16:00
Not a random Tuesday you have to drag people out for. The daytime half of the day they are already out — and it hands your crowd straight to the night crew at four.
They are already out
Errands, month-end shopping, the car wash, the salon. You are not fighting the couch.
A crowd you never see at night
Families, older customers, women, under-25s — people who will not come at 23:00.
It warms up the night
They go home, change, and come back. Daytime does not cannibalise peak — it feeds it.
Daylight content
Five hours of footage that actually looks good. That is what markets your night events.
Six formats, ready to run — you pick one
Run sheet, artwork template and RSVP page included. You run the day; we don't staff it, which is why it stays affordable.
Braai & Wash
Car wash and shisanyama, the pairing that already works.
Day Party
Hands the crowd straight to your night crew at 16:00.
Weekend Fixtures
Screening whatever is on, food-led, families welcome.
Open Decks Daytime
Upcoming DJs, low fee — each one brings their own crowd.
Family Saturday
Kids eat free before 14:00. A demographic that never sees you at night.
Market Day
Sneaker cleaning, thrift, barbers, food stalls. Vendors pay to trade.
You decide which hours are quiet
We don't tell you when your venue is dead — you know that better than we ever will. Mark your own windows on a weekly grid. We schedule into them, time your WhatsApp broadcasts to them, and report on them separately from peak.
“Friday 4 to 7 is dead. People come back from work tired, they want the weekend, but they go straight home first — and I don't know how to pull them in.”
That's a timing problem, not a demand problem.
Those customers are awake, paid and already in a weekend mood. They default to going home because nothing gave them a reason not to. A broadcast that lands at 15:30 — “kota and a quart, R60, till 7” — intercepts a decision that hasn't been made yet. That only works if the list is yours and the timing is yours.
Off-peak is the instrument, not the prize
Quiet hours are cheap to test in, low-risk, and the only time people will scan. That is what makes them the best place to learn about the hours that actually pay you.
You mark your quiet hours
Saturday 11–4. Friday 4–7. Whatever is dead for you. Your peak hours stay protected.
A session runs in the window
Pick a format off the shelf — run sheet, artwork and RSVP page come with it.
People scan and get counted
Daytime is the one window they will stand still long enough to tell you who they are.
You change how you run peak
Staffing, stock, music, opening hours — decided on numbers instead of a feeling.
You define “quiet”
Saturday 11–4. Friday 4–7. Sunday morning. You mark it — we never schedule over your peak.
Counted, not guessed
Scans calibrated against a real door tally. Every figure labelled counted or estimated.
Decisions, not dashboards
Every number in the report names the thing you should change about your peak hours.
POPIA done properly
Consent captured at the scan, sender identified, one-tap opt-out in every message.
Every number names a decision
A dashboard nobody acts on is decoration. Your monthly report is built as a decision table — the question, the measurement, and the thing you should change.
How many actually came?
When did they arrive and leave?
Who are they?
What pulled them in?
Did off-peak feed peak?
What did they spend on?
How we count — and what we won't pretend
QR scans undercount badly. Only people who want the Wi-Fi, the menu or a song request ever scan. So we don't pretend scans equal footfall.
Step 1 — Calibrate
Your staff run a real door tally alongside the scans for the first few shifts.
Step 2 — Your own multiplier
210 counted · 40 scans → ×5.2. That ratio is yours, and it's re-checked every quarter.
Step 3 — Label everything
Every figure in every report is marked counted or estimated. Never blurred together.
If we ever hand you a number we can't defend, you should cancel — and a sponsor's media buyer will check ours anyway.

Two questions decide everything
“Did more people come, and did they spend more?” — and “do I finally understand my busiest hours well enough to run them better?” Every monthly report answers both. If it doesn't, you cancel. That's the deal.
Customer data is captured and used in line with POPIA. The venue owns its list — if you ever leave, you take it with you.
